Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. A 10-day free trial is provided on first subscription; your credit card will be charged at the end of the trial period unless cancelled. Refunds are not provided for partial months.
All content, algorithms, code, and design on PRISM are the intellectual property of PRISM Pte Ltd and may not be reproduced, distributed, or reverse-engineered without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PRISM Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any trading decisions made based on information from the platform.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Disputes shall be resolved in Singapore courts.
